Our Story

Launched in 2016 under the name Advanced Analytics & Research Lab, our mission was to democratize analytics and help organizations better leverage there data to improve performance. After working with organizations in the manufacturing, retail, and non-profit space - we shifted our focus to the real-estate sector in 2018. Since then, we have been able to build up unique products such as an AI-based revenue management product and a lease expiration management product; as well as working with clients on general analytics, business intelligence, and other projects.
